William Barker
Bill Barker's experience uniquely blends together first-hand exchange marketplace knowledge and e-commerce planning and implementation. Bill
spent five years at Wedbush Morgan Seurities, where as the Syndicate Manager, he raised funds for small businesses with sales less than $50
million. As the Syndicate Manager, Bill was responsible for valuing, pricing, placing and open-market trading of all new securities issues at
Wedbush. During his tenure, Mr. Barker launched two new product lines that provided 20% of department sales credits and 76% of department
trading profits. Mr. Barker has served as both an employee and advisor to a luxury-brand retail chain. Most recently he advised the chain on the
implementation of a POS system and database creation and analysis. Additionally, Mr. Barker worked at Disney’s Buena Vista Internet Group
where he developed e-commerce business plans for the Go.com portal. Mr. Barker holds a MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA.
